On June 23, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the TranDuc Corporation Factory at Nam Tân Uyên Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, was held in a grand and solemn atmosphere. This milestone marks the beginning of a large-scale industrial project aligned with sustainable development and Vietnam’s Net Zero Carbon goals by 2028.

The factory will be built on a 126,000 m² site, with a total floor area of 160,000 m², including two manufacturing complexes: Trần Đức Homes and Trần Đức Furnishings. The new plant is designed to become a model smart and green factory, applying cutting-edge global technologies to serve both domestic and international markets.
