On the morning of April 15, 2025, with Representatives from the investor Pearly Gates Vietnam and Visual Comfort & Co., and in the presence of Local Government officials, Minh Global officially broke ground on the PGV Quang Nam project.

The project covers a construction floor area of 38,000 square meters on a 55,000-square-meter plot, located in Tam Thang 2 Industrial Park, Binh Nam Commune, Thang Binh District, Quang Nam Province.

PGV Vietnam is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and commence operations in the first quarter of 2026. As an investment project by Pearly Gates Vietnam and Visual Comfort & Co., its launch will serve as a key economic driver, contributing significantly to the development of the central economic corridor in Vietnam.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Phuoc Binh, CEO representing Minh Global, expressed his gratitude to the esteemed investors for choosing Minh Global as the design and construction general contractor for the project.
