On the morning of July 4th, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Spectrum Hung Yen project was held at The Clean Industrial Park (Xuan Truc Ward, An Thi District, Hung Yen Province). The event welcomed leaders of Hung Yen Province, representatives of the Singapore Embassy, Soilbuild International, and various partners and guests.

With a total investment of approximately USD 60 million, the project is developed by Soilbuild International (Singapore) and aims to provide high-quality, smart, and sustainable ready-built factory solutions—contributing to the region’s industrial growth.
